This presentation explores strategies to improve OBM adoption, illustrating through diverse projects nationwide, including an FDOT example. It showcases training advantages through OBM adoption. Moreover, we will describe the uses of OBM for visualization to improve project communication. Even though OBM may be non-mandatory, we can gain these advantages. The presentation will showcase the challenges of tech adoption, advocating for a people-first approach.
