Matt is a Bridge Engineer with 10 years of experience from Gannett Fleming’s Harrisburg, PA office. He holds a Professional Engineering License from Pennsylvania and Maryland, and the PennDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI) certification. He has the iTwin and Open Bridge Modeler certification from Bentley Systems.
