The implementation of NexGen Plans has required a lot of coordination, and discovery of efficiency improvements. This presentation will cover lessons learned from designing NexGen Plans. Kevin Lopez and Billy Scott will go over deliverable suggestions, required foundations, construction coordination, contractor and local agency feedback, and modeling best practices learned from delivering NexGen Plans.
