Billy Scott is an FDOT Roadway Designer of 5 years experienced in 3D modeling using Bentley MicroStation and Openroads Designer. He has developed several modeled projects that include the scope of widening, overbuild, or full AMG. Billy Has produced 3D deliverables, used 3D models for construction RFIs, and generated and Q/C quantities based on 3D meshes. He is also one of the organizers for the 3D Model Symposium, focused on providing lessons learned in the 3D modeling field.
