Bing Wang is project manager in District 4 Consultant Management. She came from TxDOT and joined Florida DOT in 2004. She has managed a lot major projects such as moveable and fix bridge replacement, major roadway reconstruction, new interchange, and mobility projects. Bing graduated from Wuhan University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.
