Ann Broadwell has been the District 4 Environmental Administrator/Manager since 2003. She started her career with FDOT in District 6 in 1992. She gained emergency management experience working on the Hurricane Andrew clean up. Ann gained permitting experience working on the environmental permits for the US 1 South project in the Keys and then transferred to District 4 in 1995. While in District 4, Ann has worked on Managed Lanes PD&E studies (I 595, I 75, I 95 and SW 10 Street), moveable bridge PD&E studies (Flagler, Southern Blvd and Jupiter Inlet Bridge) and she continues to work on finding street light solutions to reduce impacts to sea turtle nesting beaches.
