This presentation will cover the planning, design, and tolling considerations for managed lanes projects. Planning considerations include project identification, forecasting, and traffic analysis during the initial stages of project development. Managed lanes involving a tolling component are coordinated through Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise and have special considerations from an operations and tolling perspective.
