James E. Beverly, Jr. is with the Florida Department of Transportation’s (FDOT) Turnpike Enterprise. He has been with the department since March 2015 and is currently the Tolls Design Administrator. James administrates the design coordination and technical requirements for all FDOT toll facility and express lane projects. James also develops and implements design infrastructure criteria for the department’s tolls systems. James is responsible for the General Tolling Requirements and the Turnpike Enterprise’s Toll Systems Sketchbook. He came from the private sector and has nearly 28 years of experience in the transportation and engineering industry. Has served as the Project Manager, Production Manager, and Design Manager for many of Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) toll facility projects.
