Will Potter, P.E. is the State Structures Design Engineer for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). In this position, he manages the structures design policy for all bridge and ancillary structures, manages the plans review of complex structures and provides direction to structures research thru oversight of the Structures Research Center. He is an active member of the AASHTO Committee on Bridges and Structures (Concrete – Chair, Specialized Structures, and Research). He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Florida State University.
