Wes has worked for FDOT for over 17 years. He started in District 7 at Pinellas Operations where he managed many types of permits such as large and small utility installations and access and drainage; he oversaw these permits in all phases from design to construction. He then moved to District 2 and joined Gainesville Construction as the Utility Coordinator while also serving as LAP Coordinator and Railroad Coordinator. He went on to serve as Utility Project Manager in the District Utilities office and has now served over 5 years as a Project Manager in the District 2 Design office.
