Tracy Joseph Bio. I am a graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of science in Civil engineering. I join FDOT – D7 as a PE trainee in June of 2023. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Smart Cities at the University of Central Florida. I am currently a Senior Trainee with the District Safety office, serving as the district study engineer.
