Tony Frye is the State Transportation Resilience Officer for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) where he works to promote the integration of resilience into FDOT systems and processes. Prior to joining the Department, he spent time at the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, where he focused on matters relating to infrastructure funding, resilience, and water quality management. He also has experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Tony holds a BA in political science from the University of Northern Iowa.
