Stacy Hill is the Construction Project Manager for FDOT in the Heartland Operations Center. Stacy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/computer science and is currently completing her master’s degree in Transportation Engineering. Stacy is a Florida Certified Contract Manager and a Certified Public Manager. Stacy has been with FDOT for 13 years managing several award-winning multimillion dollar construction projects. She was instrumental in garnering support and navigating both the transportation and political portion of the detour.
