Sam Middleton currently serves as the District 2 Structural Materials Engineer. He has over 30 years of experience in Civil Engineering including drainage, roadway, traffic, and utility design and construction projects in addition to materials testing and research. In his current role, he works closely with both Design and Construction providing technical guidance and forensic analysis for concrete material issues. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and currently resides in Lake City with his wife of 31 years and their four children.
