Ryan is a Construction Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell and has 26 years of experience as a heavy civil contractor throughout the south and southeastern United States. The last 10 years of his career has been in Florida completing projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FDOT, cities and counties. He has worked as a project engineer, superintendent, quality manager, project manager, and regional quality manager and been involved in notable projects such as rehabilitation of Herbert Hoover Dike, the Miami Signature Bridge and the Howard Franklin Bridge. After joining Burns & McDonnell, Ryan has been focused on supporting FDOT program delivery through the development of Independent Project Costs and facilitating risk assessments on FDOT’s largest projects.
