Roy is the State Cultural and Recreational Resources Coordinator. His background is as a Historian by education with a B.A. from the University of Richmond and an M.A. from Florida State University. Roy's work experience includes 7 years as a Staff Archaeologist for Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia, and then 30 years of experience in the FDOT historic preservation and recreational resources compliance program at FDOT.
