Robin Rhinesmith has 35 years of service in state government, with 33 of those years spent with FDOT. In 1990, she received her B.S. in Biology from St. Leo University. Since 2013, she has served as the District Seven Environmental Manager, ensuring the District’s transportation projects comply with federal and state environmental regulations. For 17 years, she served as the District Noise Specialist, providing technical expertise and guidance in addition to working extensively on public involvement efforts related to noise barriers. Following that role, she spent 4 years as a Project Coordinator, where she oversaw PD&E projects.
