Graduated from USF with a BSME. Began Engineering career with DOW Chemical in 1990 as an Engineer trainee and worked there for 3 years. Joined FDOT in 1993 at the Jacksonville Roadway Maintenance Office as an Area Engineer. Transferred to St. Augustine Roadway Maintenance in 1996 as an Area Engineer. Became a Florida P.E. in 1998. Went to work for Central Office Maintenance in 1999 as the State Sign Shop and Structures Engineer. Earned an MBA from UNF in 1999. Joined the FDOT ITS program in 2002 as the ITS Engineer. Former Board Member of ITS Florida 2004 to 2006. Continually seeking new and innovative technologies within the TSM&O program that enhance the safety, mobility and economic well-being of my community.
