Matt is a Managing Principal at Ozmatic, Inc with 25 years of experience. He began his career as a bridge designer but quickly switched to CEI where he has managed multiple projects for FDOT D1 and D7 as well as several local county clients in the Tampa Bay area. His CEI experience includes a variety of projects including concrete segmental projects, widenings, pipe repair, rail, and interchange reconstructions. Matt is proficient in constructability review, claims analysis, contract administration, change order negotiations, and preparation/processing of supplemental agreements.
