Mark is the Project Development Administrator at the Florida Department of Transportation in District 5. Mark has been with the FDOT for 14 years starting in the Design Office and now a manager in the Intermodal Systems Development Office. Mark has acted as lead designer, engineer of record, and project manager on multiple transportation projects with varying levels of complexity. At FDOT, Mark currently oversees the Project Development Group that produces District 5’s Studies, Project Development and Environment Studies (PD&Es), and Resurfacing Projects Scoping Program. Mark is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and Master of Science degree in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
