Loreen Bobo, P.E. started her career with FDOT in 1999, as a Professional Engineer Trainee; eventually focusing in construction and maintenance as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. In 2012 Loreen joined the team to lead the $2.3 Billion I-4 Ultimate P3 Project as the Program Manager. In 2018, Loreen began serving as the District Five Director of Transportation Development, overseeing development in 9 counties. In June 2021, Loreen began her role as Safety Administrator for the new District 5 Office of Safety, ensuring the District’s focus on safety to support Target Zero. Loreen has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
