Kelly is an advocate for making neighborhoods and towns healthier, more accessible, and more vibrant through meaningful civic engagement and better built environments. She joined the Florida Bicycle Association as Executive Director in 2022, where her goal is to make Florida better for people who *want* to bicycle and for people who *need* to bicycle. Kelly is the former executive director of the national non-profit Walkable and Livable Communities Institute. She lives in Winter Garden, where her grassroots advocacy led to the Women in Transportation Seminar of Central Florida recognizing her as the 2021 Citizen Transportation Advocate of the Year.
