Greg Garrett is a NEPA and PD&E Planner and Project Manager who has worked with AtkinsRealis for 22 years. He currently serves as the statewide manager for the (PD&E) group in Florida. In this role, Greg is responsible for oversight of the engineering and planning staff who provide PD&E and planning services throughout the state. He received his master’s degree from Florida State University in Urban and Regional Planning and began his career as a noise and GIS specialist. For the past 8 years Greg has supported efforts for the FDOT that include the development of new tools, policies, and guidelines that update or seek to improve PD&E practices throughout the state.
