Glendora currently serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Florida Department of Transportation. Drawing on more than 12 years at FDOT, she has spearheaded data infrastructure expansion and cloud strategies that have accelerated the department's digital transformation. As CIO, Glendora oversees IT operations and strategic planning with focus areas including program management, enterprise service delivery, as well as application and data architecture. She earned her Management Information Systems degree from Florida State University and holds PMP, CPM, CSM, and FCCM certifications.
