Dustin Castells serves as the Work Program Administrator for FDOT District Three. He has been with the Department for 18 years, with 9 years of experience in the Work Program Office and 9 years in Local Programs, where he served as the Local Programs Administrator. Dustin is a graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He and his wife, Lucinda, have been married for 18 years and have three sons. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, teaching and serving in the local church, traveling, and cheering on the Seminoles and Braves.
