Dongming White, P.E. , is a CADD Applications Engineer working for the FDOT Production Support CADD office. She supports the FDOT CADD community on Bridge Design CADD programs developed by Bentley and Autodesk. Her efforts support FDOT’s adopted integrated 3D modeling mission where Dongming is tasked to lead and support the 3D Bridge initiative. The goal is to develop and maintain custom FDOT resources to support bridge modeling and plan production standards on both Bentley platform and Autodesk platform. This effort also is integrated with FHWA’s national Bridge Information Modeling (BrIM) standards, regulations and quality control. Additional Background: 20 years structures design experience in the FDOT Structures Office, including: Flat Slab bridge, Florida UBeam bridge, Steel Box Girder bridge and miscellaneous structures. Her experience also expanded to load rating, shop drawing reviews and program designs. Additionally, She has been involved in multiple mockup reviews on Segmental Bridges and Design Build projects.
