David Bremer has over 25 years of experience with intelligent transportation systems including technology evaluation, system design, deployment, integration, and operation of ITS and traffic control system technologies, devices, and systems. David supports multiple FDOT activities such as the ITS Facility Management Software project and Central Office ITS Trailer program. David serves the Florida Department of Transportation in a variety of technical capacities on projects and as in-house consultant staff. His work at the FDOT Traffic Engineering Research Lab in Tallahassee includes supporting the Department’s Approved Product List program and the development of requirements for many devices and systems, including Truck Parking Detection Systems and equipment.
