Craig is Senior Transportation Safety Specialist with FHWA Florida Division. Craig was a Trooper Utah Department of Public Safety. He retired Law Enforcement after 25 years a Director Utah DPS. Then Craig worked for FHWA in: - FHWA Office of Safety, then U.S.DOT Public Safety Program, where he developed the first AMBER Alert Nationwide Program, TELE-Medicine, E-911, and CapWin Projects, (Capital Area Wide Integrated Network for Communications). - Safety and Design Resource Center, where he Facilitated RSAs, Pedestrian Safety, Speed Management, Traffic Engineering Basics for Law Enforcement, often sent into hot spots to facilitate common ground. Craig Retired after 20 years, and in 2021, he was brought back to FHWA for temporary service. Craig has a B.S. in Psychology / Criminal Justice.
