Brian Seip is Vice President and MEP Practice Director for Gannett Fleming, responsible for leading the firm’s roadway and transit tunnel design team for Ventilation, Lighting, Power and Life Safety systems and also inspection services throughout the country. Brian has 22 years of tunnel related engineering and inspection experience that includes projects in Florida (HEKT) as well as tunnels in NY, PA, CO, TX, DC, MO. The projects include initial planning and scope determination thru final design, construction support and commissioning/start-up. Brian served as the Deputy Design Project Manager and Electrical and Tunnel Systems Engineer-of-Record for the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel Rehabilitation Project. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Messiah University, is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and 20+ other jurisdictions.
