Bobby graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been with FDOT since 2016. During that time, he worked as the Project Management PM in Production Support and FDM Manager in the Roadway Design Office. He is currently the State Value Engineer and is involved with the Department’s project risk program. Bobby is a licensed Professional Engineer.
