Belqis Mujtaba Majboor, P.E., M.Eng., C.P.M., is a professional engineer with a career of nearly three decades at FDOT. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering with a thesis from the University of Florida. With over 11 years of experience in each role, she has served as both the District Roadway Design Engineer and, currently, the District Quality Engineer, District Pavement Design Engineer, and District Errors and Omissions Engineer. She conducts critical constructability and bidability reviews, as well as reviews of pavement design/PTSR, typical sections, design exceptions/variations, permits, and quality assurance reviews (QAR).
