Andrew has a bachelor’s in construction management and 13 years of progressive experience as a heavy-civil contractor. He has worked as a field engineer, project engineer, superintendent, general superintendent, project manager, and estimator, with an emphasis on marine and highway bridge projects. Some of Andrew’s notable projects include the Goethals Bridge, ENR New York’s Project of the Year in 2018, a $1.5 billion twin-span cable-stayed bring linking New York and New Jersey; and the John Jordan “Buck” O’Neil Memorial Bridge in Kansas City, Missouri, a $257 million design-build project for the Missouri Department of Transportation. Andrew has served as the Lead Estimator on the Independent Project Costs developed by Burns & McDonnell and has been instrumental in documenting the IPC procedures for the upcoming Independent Project Cost Handbook.
