Mr. Gray is a licensed Professional Engineer and Road Safety Professional Level 2 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. He has worked at the USDOT Volpe Center and currently serves as the Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Consultant for FDOT District 7 through JMT. He has led numerous safety studies, supported federal grant programs, and served as FDOT District 7 Interim Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager. His expertise includes traffic operations, traffic safety, and program development.
