This session will provide an overview of developing and maintaining the Department’s Work Program and related systems and processes. Topics will include a brief overview of the Financial Management System (FM) and its relationship to ProjectSuite, developing the Tentative Work Program, funds authorization, estimate updates, understanding funds and budget, roll forward, and Work Program amendments to name a few. The discussion will be presented from a District Three perspective, highlighting both district-specific practices and concepts that apply statewide.
